Christmas In Tasmania.

So we ran away. It was Christmas and we packed up and ran away from our families. Daniel and I decided to make the most of our time off over the Christmas break and head down to Tassie.

We arrived in Hobart on Christmas day, the eve of the Taste Of Tassie food festival and the city was a buzz with holiday makers and locals alike. We spent the day at MONA (Museum of Old & New Art) a museum that has finally put Tasmania on the map as a cultural destination in Australia. The "MONA Effect" is actually a thing!

We hired a car and drove up the east coast of the island. Visiting Wineglass Bay, the Bay Of Fires and Cradle Mountain, it was just as picturesque as I remembered from my childhood.
